On your first visit, we will listen carefully to your dental concerns and answer all your questions. You can expect a thorough oral examination, including the necessary x-rays and we will also evaluate what type of cleaning you will require. Cleanings may be completed the same day as the initial exam. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a secondary appointment to provide treatment on another day. At the conclusion of your first visit, we will also discuss any further treatment plans you may need.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
Your personal ID with photo
Current dental insurance card
Any x-rays if applicable
A list of medications you are presently taking
IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
X-RAYS
If your previous dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
